Many believe we have been here before and that we hold onto traumas which affect our present life. You will get a chance to understand and work with whatever your subconscious brings forward.

Mini Past Life Regression Workshop

Come with us on a journey through the past. We will lead you gently back through time, allowing you to experience previous lives in a safe, supportive environment.

No experience is necessary to take part in this workshop, just come with an open mind and see where it takes you. You will be fully conscious throughout and can opt out of a regression at will. You will have the opportunity to discuss your memories if you wish, to make sense of what you have experienced.
